This CD contains the powerful 3 step subliminal messaging technique. The CD is about 60 minutes long. The first 7 minutes is just the ocean sounds. The next 15 minutes have the Handling Criticism messages that are listed below. The messages are not heard by the conscious mind but they are picked up by the subconscious.
